The Model No. AERO-M2023 Length Grader is designed for maximum efficiency when working in the testing laboratory. Intended primarily for the Rice buyer as a complement to maximize the efficiency of the production size equipment by first measuring the length-sizing separations on the laboratory equipment The rotating indented cylinder separates by length broken or shorter grains from whole kernels with elongated shape such as, Rice, Wheat, Oats, Flax, Barley, Rye, Vetch, Carrot or Lettuce seed, etc. The broken or short kernels are lifted by the indent pockets that line the inside surface of the cylinder. The operator controls the separation by adjusting the position of the separating edge of the internal collection pan (into which the broken product falls) and the speed of the cylinder rotation. Aluminum, stainless steel and brass materials are used for long life and quality.

AERO precision divider model no. AERO-M2025 offers the traditional positive action divider that handles seed, grain and feed. The Precision Divider
has repeatedly demonstrated its ability to precisely divide larger samples into working size samples in a matter of seconds. Ideal for smaller seeded crops.
The dividing and mixing are accomplished by the centrifugal action of a motor driven revolving neoprene disc positioned under the hopper. A smooth inside finish virtually eliminates any of the sample sticking to the inner surfaces. Both the hopper and cylinder top lift off to provide easy access to the interior of the dividing chamber. Also available with two stainless steel cup which fits nicely under the spouts and holds approximately 1 quart/1 liter.

Aero Dakota Seed Blower model no.-AERO-M2101 utilizes airflow, which is generated by a blower motor and as that air passes through a column (1½", 3" or 4") the air lifts light fluffy material or empty seed hulls into the top beveled area of the column, while larger heavier good seed stays at the bottom. The motor is 1/2HP, 220V/50HZ and 2,850 RPM. Separations are accurately controlled by a calibrated valve cap in the top of the column.
