The AERO Sheller Model No.AERO-M2024 provides a rapid, easy and efficient method of shelling. Utilizing only one piece of equipment, it will accommodate both wet and dry Rice
samples for all varieties of rough Rice. Quality construction assures years of service. Safety features prevent damage by small rocks or metal objects(OPTIONAL), which accidentally enters the hopper. The large hopper holds over 1kg of rough Rice. This unit will shell 0.5kg per minute in continuous operation. The dust collector is used to save hulls from each sample for further analysis or as a dust prevention method.

Description:
AERO Rice Polisher Model no. AERO-M2022 is a compact and handy machine that can be used to test samples of rice prior to a full production run to determine approximate total white rice yield in the whitening process. Used around the world in laboratories, research stations and educational institutions. Main features are the small sample size to complete test, total recovery of grain in short test cycle, only 100–200 GRAMS of brown rice required to complete the test. The stone inside polishes the rough rice up to the desired whiteness level within 2-3 minutes of operational time. Timer provided in this machine can be set in range of 0.1 min to 99 min. Rice polisher comes with removable front cover to clean this unit easily.

Description:
The Model No. AERO-M2023 Length Grader is designed for maximum efficiency when working in the testing laboratory. Intended primarily for the Rice buyer as a complement to maximize the efficiency of the production size equipment by first measuring the length-sizing separations on the laboratory equipment The rotating indented cylinder separates by length broken or shorter grains from whole kernels with elongated shape such as, Rice, Wheat, Oats, Flax, Barley, Rye, Vetch, Carrot or Lettuce seed, etc. The broken or short kernels are lifted by the indent pockets that line the inside surface of the cylinder. The operator controls the separation by adjusting the position of the separating edge of the internal collection pan (into which the broken product falls) and the speed of the cylinder rotation. Aluminum, stainless steel and brass materials are used for long life and quality.

Our Boerner divider Model No. AERO-M2025 reduces the size of a grain sample while maintaining the equal distribution of the original sample. It is the standard divider for all FCI, state, and local grain inspection offices. Divider is gravity-operated. Sample is placed in the hopper and released by moving a slide gate located in the hopper throat. The product is evenly dispersed over a cone that has 38 pockets. The grain, after initial separation, is rejoined into two chutes which empty out of the bottom hopper.

The Boerner is calibrated to provide accurate splits of + /– 5% on a 1000g sample. Hopper holds approximately 1500 grams. The AERO Boerner divider is made from brass and copper, which makes it rust resistant. The legs and supports are powder coated mild steel. Entire bottom section is removable to facilitate cleaning if necessary. AERO-M2025 is supplied with two brass pans with handles for easy transport of divided samples. AERO-M2025 stands 31" high with 3" clearance under the spouts.

AERO precision divider model no. AERO-M2025 offers the traditional positive action divider that handles seed, grain and feed. The Precision Divider
has repeatedly demonstrated its ability to precisely divide larger samples into working size samples in a matter of seconds. Ideal for smaller seeded crops.
The dividing and mixing are accomplished by the centrifugal action of a motor driven revolving neoprene disc positioned under the hopper. A smooth inside finish virtually eliminates any of the sample sticking to the inner surfaces. Both the hopper and cylinder top lift off to provide easy access to the interior of the dividing chamber. Also available with two stainless steel cup which fits nicely under the spouts and holds approximately 1 quart/1 liter.
